Wonderful excursion destination, famous for its lard noodles or "drawn out". Nice atmosphere, extremely friendly service and a beautiful view of the valleys. We love to come here again and again.

We always like to visit the mountain inn. Good traditional Bavarian cuisine at pleasant prices. With a high number of visitors, long waiting times for orders / food / payment

I was already traveling for a few hours when I arrived at the Hocheck. I had a cool light and a snack plate and so I was able to walk full and strengthened. The prices are very cheap, the half light for 2,80 €, the bread time 6,10 €. Rustic ambience nice Gastlickkeit.

Fortunately, I was able to spend almost 4 weeks in this mountain inn and not only experienced a lot, but also met a lot of great and nice people, whom I definitely fell in love with. In this mountain inn, everything is very idyllic and decorated in the proper style. Apart from the breathtaking view, the food and especially the "chefs" are highlights that you definitely shouldn't miss in Germany. Everything is very clean, the rooms are beautifully decorated and the bathrooms are modern, very, well-kept and clean. Each room has its own balcony, through which the great atmosphere and the mountain air can be particularly enjoyed! You can expect a lot and you will definitely not be disappointed here! The journey alone is an experience, past mountain farms and cow pastures, as well as forests. So if you come from the urban region, a perfect vacation spot! But "country people" are also in very good hands here and will feel at home! I can only thank you a thousand times for these 4 weeks and I was able to convince myself more of the inn every day! PS: when you are here you definitely have to try a Hopf wheat beer!
